Job summary

Caliber Collision in Clinton, NC is seeking an Automotive Painter to perform all-purpose duties including tinting, mixing and applying paint per OEM standards. The role requires masking, disassembly/reassembly and ensuring proper sequence and timing.

You’ll work to deliver high-quality finishes and support body technicians. Requirements include 3+ years in paint operations, with a preferred Auto Body or ASE refinishing certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare color tint to match paint color and mix paints to OEM standards.
• Ensure correct application sequence, timing and materials usage.
• Masking, disassembly and reassembly as part of paint operations.
• Maintain quality and safety throughout painting process.
