Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Automotive Painter to perform all-purpose duties, including tinting, mixing, masking, and proper sequencing to ensure OEM standards are met. Responsibilities include reassembling disassembled components and preparing vehicles for body technician review.

Three plus years of paint operations experience in a collision center are required; an Auto Body certificate or ASE refinishing certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare color tint to match paint color and mix paint colors per OEM standards.
• Ensure top coating and curing meet OEM recommended sequences and materials usage.
• Remove masking and reassemble disassembled parts before returning vehicle to body technician.
