Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Automotive Painter to perform all-purpose duties in our service center. You will prepare color tint to match colors, mix paints, and ensure top coating and curing adhere to OEM standards.

Duties include masking, reassembly, and returning vehicles to the body technician after finish work. The role offers industry-competitive pay of $20–$24 per hour, weekly pay, and benefits from day one, including medical, dental and vision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare color tint to match paint color and mix paint colors.
• Ensure formulations, preparations, top coating and curing meet OEM standards and proper sequence.
