Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Automotive Painter to perform all-purpose duties, including preparing color tint to match paint color, mixing paint colors and ensuring formulations meet OEM standards for proper application sequence, timing and materials usage, ensuring all paint operations are complete, all masking is removed, and all prior paint-related disassembly have been reassembled prior to returning the vehicle to the body technician.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, estimates and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare color tint to match paint color and mix formulations per OEM standards.
• Perform masking, coating, curing and ensure proper sequencing of materials.
• Reassemble any disassembled parts and return vehicle to body technician.
