Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare color tint to match paint color and mix paints per OEM standards.
• Perform masking, top coating, curing, and ensure proper assembly after painting.
• Follow instructions and work orders, maintain safety and quality.
