Job summary

Caliber Collision in Hollister is seeking an Automotive Painter to perform all-purpose duties related to vehicle painting, tint matching, paint mixing, and proper application per OEM standards. You will ensure masking is removed and any prior disassembly is reassembled before returning the vehicle to the body technician.

This role requires 3+ years in paint operations, with Auto Body or ASE refinishing certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare color tint to match paint color and mix paints to OEM standards.
• Ensure all formulations, top coating and curing meet OEM approved sequences.
• Masking is removed and prior paint-related disassembly is reassembled before returning the vehicle.
• Coordinate with body technicians to finalize painting work.
