Job summary

Caliber Collision in Chattanooga - East is seeking an Automotive Painter to perform all-purpose duties including tinting, mixing, masking, and ensuring OEM-compliant application sequences. The role requires maintaining quality, meeting timelines, and returning vehicles to the body technician ready for final assembly.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in collision-center paint operations; Auto Body or ASE refinishing certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare color tint to match paint color and mix paint colors according to OEM standards.
• Ensure formulations, top coating and curing meet OEM standards.
• Perform masking, disassembly and reassembly as needed before vehicle return.
• Maintain accurate work orders and communicate effectively with team.
