Job summary

Caliber Collision in Fort Worth is seeking an Auto Painter Helper to assist the Auto Painter and keep the paint booth and workspace in top condition. Responsibilities include preparing vehicles for painting, sanding and buffing, and maintaining equipment to meet Caliber and OEM standards.

The position offers hands-on training, opportunities for overtime, and room for growth within a production shop environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for Caliber’s insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter to ensure efficient workflow.
• Sanding and buffing as needed and maintaining paint booth and workspace.
• Repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards.
