Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Automotive Painter in Springfield to perform painting operations, masking, and finishing per OEM standards. You will mix colors, apply top coats, and ensure proper curing, while reassembling any disassembled parts before handing back to the body tech.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in paint within a collision center, with an Auto Body certificate or ASE in refinishing preferred. Paid weekly, comprehensive benefits from day one, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paint operations experience in collision repair.
• Auto body certificate or ASE in refinishing preferred.
• Ability to read and understand estimates and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all paint operations are complete and reassembly of disassembled parts.
