Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Automotive Painter at our Mount Vernon, WA location to perform color tinting, paint mixing and OEM-compliant top coating. You will mask, paint and reassemble components as part of a high-quality repair process.

Requirements include 3+ years in collision center painting and a preferred Auto Body certificate or ASE refinishing certification. Team collaboration and accurate communication are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred.
• Ability to read and understand written estimates and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare color tint to match paint color, mix paints and ensure OEM standards.
• Perform top coating, masking removal and reassembly after paint is complete.
• Adhere to safety, quality and workflow requirements in a fast-paced shop.
