Job Summary

Service Center: Appleton - East

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for an Automotive Painter. Responsibilities include preparing color tint to match paint, mixing paints, ensuring formulations meet OEM standards, and completing all paint operations, masking, disassembly, and reassembly before returning vehicles to technicians.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center
• Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred

Abilities/Skills/Knowledge

• Ability to perform physical activities such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, estimates, and work orders
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
