Base pay range

Locally owned company with over 100 years of combined experience in the automotive reconditioning industry is expanding and is in need of a qualified and professional automotive paint technician.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per week

Benefits and Responsibilities

• Traveling to dealerships for on-site cosmetic repair.
• Inspecting vehicles to be painted for repair.
• Prepping and buffing defects.
• Mixing paint to specific color using standard formulas or color charts.
• Painting, sanding, masking, blending, and polishing finishes and retouching as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Valid driver's license & good driving record.
• Ability to interact with co-workers and customers.
• At least two years of experience as an auto painter, prepping, or collision repair technician.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow complex instructions.
• Active listener with sound judgment and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of safety precautions.

Work Environment

• Ability to work with strong detergents and chemicals.
• Work outdoors in hot and cold weather conditions.
• Willingness to wear gloves, eye, and ear protection.
• 40-hour minimum work week, Monday through Friday, with competitive pay and team support.
