Job summary

Columbia Vehicles is seeking an Industrial Paint Technician to join our Production Team. You will prepare, paint, finish, and inspect vehicles to meet high-quality standards while maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Strong color-matching skills and craftsmanship are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive paint experience required.
• Strong color matching knowledge.
• Experience with body work and detailing.
• Automotive repair experience preferred.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Positive attitude and self-starter mindset.

Responsibilities

• Mix paint and related supplies to achieve precise color matching.
• Wet sand, buff, and prime vehicle surfaces.
• Prep vehicles including taping, masking, and scuffing.
• Stage and paint vehicles in designated paint areas.
• Load and operate paint booth equipment.
• Order and maintain paint and detailing supplies.
• Inspect quality of completed units.
• Maintain and detail built units prior to shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across production.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
