Job summary

Furystillwatercdjr is seeking a Body Shop Painter to prepare, paint, and refinish vehicles to OEM standards. You will ensure color accuracy, finish quality, and efficient turnaround while collaborating with estimators, technicians, and the Body Shop Manager.

The role requires 2+ years of automotive painting experience, knowledge of OEM paints and color-matching systems, and a valid driver's license. Full-time, on-site position with a focus on quality workmanship and safe shop practices.

Qualifications

2+ years of automotive painting or refinishing experience preferred.
Knowledge of OEM paint systems and refinishing procedures.
Experience using computerized color-matching systems.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning.
Apply paint, clear coat, and finishes according to OEM specifications.
Inspect finished work for color match and finish quality.
Maintain spray booths and equipment, and follow safety procedures.
Coordinate with estimators and technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
