Base pay range

Locally owned company, that’s been in business for over 25 years. Largest automotive reconditioning company in Tennessee is expanding and is in need of a qualified and professional automotive paint technicians.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per week

Responsibilities
  • Traveling to dealerships for on-site cosmetic repair.
  • Inspecting vehicles to be painted for repair.
  • Prepping and/or buffing defects.
  • Mixing paint to specific color using standard formulas or color charts.
  • Painting, sanding, masking, blending, and/or polishing finish and retouching as needed.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma.
  • Valid driver's license & good driving record.
  • Ability to interact with co-workers and customers.
  • At least two years of experience as an auto painter, prepping, or collision repair technician.
  • Detail-oriented and safety-conscious.
  • Strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
Work Environment
  • Ability to work with strong detergents and chemicals.
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Willingness to wear protective gear.
  • 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, with competitive pay and potential bonuses for paint leads.
