Job summary

VIVE Collision in Natick, MA, is seeking a Paint Technician responsible for inspecting, preparing, blending, and finishing vehicle surfaces using proven paint techniques.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications

• 3 plus years of auto painting experience
• Vision abilities, including close distance, and color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
• Ability to effectively communicate with others
• Ability to read and understand basic instructions, written estimates, and work orders
• Multi-tasking; adapt easily to fast-paced environments
• At least 18 years of age

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel and pull
• Extended periods of kneeling, bending, squatting, and stooping to complete or inspect repairs
• Carry and lift heavy objects (up to 80lbs)
• Manual dexterity and eye/hand coordination to operate equipment
