What You Need:

1. Auto Painting Experience: 1-2 years preferred.

2. Vision Abilities: Close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

3. Communication Skills: Interact with customers and build accounts.

4. Manual Dexterity: Perform repetitive-motion tasks with precision.

5. Work Ethic: Self-motivation and independence.

6. Grit: Work outside in all kinds of weather.

7. Physical Stamina: Kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 pounds.

8. Valid Driver’s License: A good driving record is a must.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The starting compensation is expected to be: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00.
