Job summary

Classic Collision in Cincinnati is seeking an Autobody Paint Prepper to join its growing team. You will prepare vehicles for refinishing, support Paint Technicians, and help ensure quality finishes in a fast-paced shop environment.

The company offers weekly pay, training, a supportive culture, 401K matching, medical/dental/vision coverage, PTO and a rewarding work experience. Candidates must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• I-CAR certification preferred, not required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all assigned vehicles for refinishing and assist Paint Technicians as needed.
• Complete paint prep according to factory specifications and repair orders.
• Assist in sanding and buffing to ensure paint finish meets quality standards.
• Maintain hazardous waste disposal procedures and keep tools/workspace clean.
