Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• I-CAR certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all assigned vehicles for refinishing and reassembly; support Paint Technicians as required.
• Complete all paint preparation per factory specs and repair orders; mentor the Paint Technician as needed.
• Assist with sanding, buffing, and spray-out panels to determine blend needs and ensure finish meets quality standards.
• Adhere to hazardous waste disposal requirements.
• Maintain tools and equipment, paint booth, and workspace in clean, organized condition.
• Use air sanders, spray guns, sanding blocks to complete quality work.
• Ensure paint operations are complete, masking removed, and prior paint disassembly properly reassembled.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
