Momentum BMW in Texas is seeking a Collision Painter Helper to assist in preparing, painting, and finishing vehicles in the body shop, ensuring quality and safety throughout the process while gaining hands-on experience. You will operate body shop equipment, remove rust, mask parts, apply putty, mix paints, and spray or brush coatings to match color and finish.

Attention to detail and a genuine interest in automotive painting are essential.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing (background checks, drug testing, MVR).
• Basic knowledge of automotive painting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Operate body shop equipment safely and properly.
• Remove rust, grease and dirt from surfaces.
• Mask and protect parts not to be painted.
• Fill cavities and dents with putty for smooth surfaces.
• Mix paints and coatings per specifications.
• Prepare surfaces by buffing, polishing, and priming.
