Dent Wizard in Nashville is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and accurate invoicing. You will act as the link between technicians, customers, and leadership, driving workflow efficiency and quality checks.

The role emphasizes customer focus, strong organization, and precise admin support in a fast‑paced environment. Compensation ranges from $25 to $30 per hour plus benefits.

• Coordinate daily vehicle flow through the reconditioning process and ensure service delivery meets customer requirements.
• Track work‑in‑process and perform quality checks throughout the service workflow.
• Oversee invoicing accuracy, collections, and timely processing; support order‑to‑cash processes.
• Serve as a key contact for customer communication and provide status updates.
• Participate in site meetings and field communications as needed.
