Tire Pros is seeking an entry-level Oil, Lube, and Tire (OLT) Technician located in McAllen, Texas. The role involves performing essential preventive maintenance, including oil changes and tire services, while ensuring outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
• Ability to operate tools and machinery (lifts, grease guns, impact wrenches).
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Previous automotive maintenance experience is preferred but not always required.
• Valid driver’s license is required, with additional tire/automotive certifications being a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draining engine oil, replacing oil filters, and topping off fluids.
• Rotating, mounting, balancing, and repairing tires.
• Applying grease to vehicle components.
• Conducting multi-point inspections of the engine and vehicle parts.
• Discussing service needs and selling additional services to customers.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
