This role requires 2+ years of automotive office management and a strong track record in accounting, payroll support, and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Automotive Office Manager experience.
• Dealership accounting experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and dealership systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the dealership accounting office team.
• Oversee daily office operations and administrative processes.
• Ensure accuracy of financial schedules and reconciliations.
• Review general ledger, bank reconciliations, and payables.
• Complete month-end and year-end closings on time.
• Analyze income and expenses and identify variances.
• Maintain internal controls and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with department leaders across the dealership.
• Support payroll and commission processing with HR.
