Qualifications

• Bachelor in Engineering or Computer Science degree.
• 1 year of mobile testing experience.
• Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
• Should support late call to discuss urgent issue, possible to work at holiday if urgently required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate to local Customer's engineering teams about product status on behalf of supplier HQ.
• Resolve product related issues locally at Customer's engineering site (hardware problems, restore samples, flash issues).
• Perform test cases and road trips for basic features and market specific features with test racks and test vehicles.
• Support the component manager with supply and update of system components.
• Interface between Customer's engineering team and Internal engineering team on engineering questions and vehicle configuration.
• Create issue tickets and verify before delivering SW/HW to Customer.
• Deliver test reports to Customer and Internal teams daily and weekly.
• Participate in joint testing with Customer engineer teams.
• Investigate problems and analyze root cause with Customer and internal teams.
• Understand processes for LG and Customer development processes.
• Maintain test vehicle.
