Job summary

Caliber Auto Glass is seeking a Mobile Auto Glass Technician to perform replacement and repair of automotive glass, conduct customer-facing inspections, and complete on-site documentation using mobile devices. Candidates must be able to lift heavy components, follow safety standards, and work efficiently in a fast-paced field role.

Responsibilities

• Replace automotive glass following quality standards and perform repairs as needed.
• Complete pre- and post-inspections with the customer.
• Document repair orders on a mobile device.
• Remove and install trim panels and interior parts without damage.
• Manage daily tasks with effective time prioritization.

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Auto Glass has an immediate job opening for a Mobile Auto Glass Technician to perform all-purpose duties, which may include but not limited to: Replacement of automotive glass by following quality standards and ability to perform repairs on damaged glass, complete a pre and post inspection with customer, may utilize various tools and scanning equipment, complete documentation of repair orders on mobile device, ability to remove and install trim panels & interior parts without damaging, effectively prioritize and manage your time to complete assigned daily tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

• Be at least 21+ years of age.


• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy

• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks

• Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

ABILITES/SKILLS/KNOWNLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity - reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
