Job Summary

Protech Automotive Solutions has an immediate opening for a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to perform various duties, including but not limited to applying technical knowledge to assist customers, answering inbound and outbound calls in support of Autel scanning units, addressing technical questions related to scanning procedures, and conducting research to understand, explain, and resolve vehicle technology issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic Technician required; I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred.
• Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools to successfully complete job duties.
• Must pass all pre-employment screenings, including background checks.

Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge

• Minimum age of 21+ years.
• Ability to perform physical activities such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, work orders, and estimates.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
