Role Overview: The Automotive Team Lead Technician serves as the primary point of contact for Customer Experience Specialists. You will answer customer questions related to remote vehicle diagnostics, providing expert advice and technical solutions via telephone and support equipment. You will also communicate with shop representatives to determine appropriate testing and analysis methods, review repair estimates, and ensure customer concerns are addressed effectively.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay Range: $65,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to optimize technician efficiency.
• Serve as communication link between technicians and customers.
• Manage and prioritize workflow.
• Conduct diagnostic testing, ADAS calibrations, wiring repairs, and analysis.
• Maintain shop equipment and perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain inventory and handle supply needs.
• Prepare and send service invoices, collect signatures or payments, and ensure delivery.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ensure adherence to company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of OE scan tools and ability to learn new tools.
• Skill in wire harness repairs and servicing A/C systems.
• Advanced automotive diagnostic skills.
• Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and messaging systems.
• High school diploma or GED; 4+ years related experience required.
