Job summary

NTB / Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in the Virginia Beach area is seeking full-time Automotive Mechanics to join Team Mavis. You will inspect, diagnose, and perform undercar repairs, including brakes, struts, and tires, and conduct state inspections.

The role requires 2 years of hands-on repair experience, a toolbox of personal tools, and the ability to lift heavy loads. ASE certifications and state licenses are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair or related education/experience.
• Extensive personal toolbox for undercar repairs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide variety of automotive services.
• Complete undercar repairs including brakes, struts, and tires.
• Perform state-mandated inspections, change oil and filters, check fluids, replace worn parts.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
