Job Title: Automotive Mechanic/Technician

Hourly Rate: $16 to $38, based on experience and certifications

As an Automotive Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain guest vehicles. You will undergo comprehensive training from day one and be part of a team dedicated to delivering 5-star guest experiences while ensuring vehicle safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and other automotive repairs within your qualifications
• Obtain guest approval for repairs after diagnosis and maintain a clean work area
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform necessary repairs
• Test drive vehicles and safely use shop equipment for inventory pickup
• Collaborate and provide leadership to General Service Technicians

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Own basic automotive tools or participate in tool purchase program
• Ability to work overhead, stand long periods, and lift 50 lbs
• Guest and team-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE certification in A1-A8
• State Inspector License
• Technical school certificate or degree
