NTB / Mavis Tires & Brakes is hiring in the Henrico, VA area for an Automotive Mechanic / Certified Safety Inspector. The role offers a guaranteed base pay plus weekly bonuses and a $10 commission for every state inspection performed, with the support of a growing company that promotes from within.

The position requires you to complete state inspections, perform brakes, suspension, oil changes, tire services, and other repairs, while staying active in a fast-paced environment and meeting

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess a valid Virginia driver’s license and Virginia Motor Vehicle Safety Inspector license.
• Have a minimum of one year of experience as an automotive mechanic or completed an approved training program.

Responsibilities

• Perform state-mandated vehicle inspections and undercar repairs (brakes, struts, shocks).
• Change oil and filters, check fluids, replace worn parts and tires, and perform maintenance tasks as needed.
