Job summary

Pep Boys / Mavis Tire in Columbus, OH is seeking experienced Automotive Mechanics to inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles across our service and tire centers. You will handle undercar work, diagnostics, tire mounting, and routine maintenance to keep customers safe on the road.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years automotive repair experience or training.
• Own personal tools for automotive repair.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform a variety of automotive maintenance and repair services.
• Perform undercar repairs including brakes, suspension, and steering.
• Diagnose vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
• Perform oil and filter changes and check fluids.
• Replace worn or damaged parts.
• Complete state inspections where applicable.
• Mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Maintain Mavis standards for quality, safety, and customer service.
