Job summary

Mavis Tire is seeking experienced Automotive Mechanics to join our Norristown, PA service centers. As part of the Pep Boys / Mavis Tire family, you’ll contribute to automotive maintenance and repairs, including brakes, suspensions, tires, and inspections, while enjoying competitive weekly pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 2 years of automotive repair and maintenance experience and/or training is preferred.
• Must have personal tools necessary to perform automotive and undercar repairs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform a variety of automotive maintenance and repair services.
• Perform undercar repairs including brakes, suspensions, and steering components.
• Conduct oil and filter changes, fluid checks, and part replacements as needed.
• Complete state inspections where applicable.
• Mount, rotate, balance tires and maintain tire services to Mavis standards.
