Job summary

Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is seeking experienced Automotive Mechanics to join Team Mavis at our York, PA area service and tire centers. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair a range of automotive systems to keep customers safely on the road.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Have at least 2 years of automotive repair and maintenance experience and/or training.
• Have the personal tools necessary to perform automotive and undercar repairs.
• State inspection license(s) and ASE Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive maintenance and repair services.
• Perform undercar repairs including brakes, struts, suspension, and steering.
• Perform oil and filter changes and check fluids; replace worn parts.
• Complete state inspections where applicable; mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Maintain Mavis standards for quality, safety, and customer service.
