Job summary

Mavis Tire is seeking experienced Automotive Mechanics in the Bear, DE area to inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles at our service centers. You'll handle brakes, suspension, tires, oil changes, and more while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Have at least 2 years of automotive repair and maintenance experience or training.
• Have the personal tools necessary to perform automotive and undercar repairs.
• Preferred ASE certifications (G1, A4, A5) and state inspection licenses.

Responsibilities

• Performing undercar repairs, including brakes, struts, shocks, suspension, and steering.
• Diagnosing vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
• Performing oil and filter changes and checking fluids.
• Replacing worn or damaged parts.
• Completing state inspections where applicable.
• Mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Maintaining Mavis standards for quality, safety, and customer service.
