Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive repair and maintenance experience or training or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Have the personal tools necessary to perform automotive and undercar repairs
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Preferred ASE certifications including G1 (Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair), A4 (Suspension and Steering), and A5 (Brakes) and state inspection licenses

Responsibilities

• Performing undercar repairs, including brakes, struts, shocks, suspension, and steering
• Diagnosing vehicle maintenance and repair needs
• Performing oil and filter changes and checking fluids
• Replacing worn or damaged parts
• Completing state inspections, where applicable
• Mounting, rotating, and balancing tires
• Maintaining Mavis standards for quality, safety, and customer service
