Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced, self-motivated A-Level or B-Level Automotive Mechanic to join our team. Whether you're a seasoned diagnostic master (A-Level) or a highly competent general repair tech (B-Level), we have a workflow that matches your skill tier. You'll diagnose and repair a wide variety of passenger vehicles and light trucks.

Key Responsibilities

• B-Level Techs: Efficiently perform general mechanical repairs, including brake overhauls, steering/suspension work, cooling system repairs, fluid flushes, and standard component swaps (alternators, starters, water pumps, etc.).
• A-Level Techs: Perform advanced computer diagnostics, trace complex electrical faults, troubleshoot drivability issues, and handle heavy line work (engine/transmission repairs or replacements).
• General: Inspect vehicles accurately, identify required maintenance, and document findings clearly for service writers. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience in a commercial shop environment.
• Tools: Must possess a comprehensive personal set of hand tools, air tools, and diagnostic equipment appropriate for your skill level.
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required for road-testing vehicles.
• Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, logical troubleshooting skills, and an efficient workflow.
• Certifications: ASE certifications are a major plus but not strictly required if you have proven hands-on experience.
• Attributes: Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and a team-player attitude.
