Bartlett Point S in Conway, AR is seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team. Bring your passion for cars and mechanical expertise to a shop that values quality work and great customer service.

You will diagnose, service, and repair a range of vehicles, communicate findings clearly, and uphold a clean, safe workspace. ASE certification is preferred but not required, with a strong focus on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or technician.
• Proficiency in vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• ASE certification(s) preferred but not required.
• Ability to work on a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
• Must have own set of professional hand tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic inspections to identify mechanical and electrical issues
• Conduct routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid services
• Repair and replace brakes, suspension components, steering systems, and more
• Perform engine and transmission diagnostics and repairs
• Utilize diagnostic software and tools to troubleshoot complex vehicle issues
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly to service advisors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
