Bartlett Point S in Conway, AR, is seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our growing team. Bring your passion for cars and mechanical expertise to a shop that values quality work and customer service.

You will tackle diagnostic inspections, routine maintenance, and repairs across brakes, suspension, steering, and more, using diagnostic software. We value problem-solving under the hood and a teamwork-friendly attitude.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or technician.
• Proficiency in vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• ASE certification(s) preferred but not required.
• Ability to work on a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
• Must have own set of professional hand tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic inspections to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid services.
• Repair and replace brakes, suspension components, steering systems, and more.
• Perform engine and transmission diagnostics and repairs.
• Utilize diagnostic software and tools to troubleshoot complex vehicle issues.
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly to service advisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
