Qualifications

• Valid driver license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive mechanic or in a service department.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hydraulics and small engines preferred.
• Experience maintaining and repairing medium-duty trucks.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and well-organized shop.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on company vehicles and equipment.
• Conduct brake repairs and maintenance.
• Complete oil changes and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems.
• Repair and maintain small engines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Maintain accurate inventory of shop supplies.
• Order and track parts and supplies as needed.
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with general shop and equipment maintenance.
• Perform 24-hour snow removal during winter months.
