Job summary

Singer Vehicle Design in Torrance, CA is seeking experienced master-level Assembly Technicians to join our precision-focused team. You will assemble, fit, and finish components that bring our Porsche restorations to life, diagnosing build issues and collaborating with leads to keep projects on track.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in automotive restoration or manufacturing, ASE certification is highly preferred, and a passion for precision.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in automotive restoration, dealership, or manufacturing.
• Attention to detail and passion for craftsmanship.
• Experience with early Porsche models is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble, fit, and finish components that bring our vehicles to life.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot build issues and find creative solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Leads, Supervisors, and teammates to keep projects on track.
• Uphold the highest standards of quality in every detail.

Who We’re Looking For:

• ASE-certified is HIGHLY preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in automotive (restoration, dealership, or manufacturing).
• Obsessed with details, tools, and the art of getting things just right.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with early Porsche models.
• A true team player with a positive attitude.

Location & Schedule:

Torrance, CA | Monday–Friday, 5am–1:30pm (overtime as needed)

The starting pay range for this position is between $25 - 40 per hour plus bonus. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
