Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and report hazards per company process.
• Diagnose and repair production and facility equipment with minimal supervision.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and work orders to perform maintenance and preventive tasks.
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery to restore operation and verify repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and orders.
• Lead troubleshooting to minimize downtime and provide guidance to teammates.
