Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a dedicated team servicing vehicles at Firestone Complete Auto Care locations. You'll diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes, tire maintenance, and battery/shock absorber installs, with opportunities for ASE certifications.

Compensation ranges from $14.52 to $21.78 per hour, with full-time and part-time benefits available from day one, and a focus on training and career growth

Qualifications

  • Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
  • Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
  • Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
  • Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

  • Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical.
  • Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
  • Install and perform tire maintenance.
  • Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
  • Road test vehicles.

Pay Range: $14.52 - $21.78
