Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO), part of Bridgestone Americas, is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our Firestone Complete Auto Care team in Goodyear, AZ. You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems and perform routine maintenance to keep vehicles safe and roadworthy.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
