Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Automotive Maintenance Technician to join our service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their automotive career or looking to sharpen their skills in a fast-paced, professional environment. You’ll perform essential maintenance services that help keep our customers safely on the road while working alongside a team of experienced technicians.

Job Type & Schedule

  • Job Type: Full-Time

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, some Saturdays may be required

  • Pay: Based on experience and certifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid exchanges, and filter replacements

  • Conduct multi-point inspections and notify service advisors of any additional service needs

  • Assist senior technicians with more advanced repairs and diagnostics as needed

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and guidelines

  • Accurately complete repair orders and document findings in dealership software

  • Stay up to date with training and best practices through manufacturer programs and internal resources

Qualifications

  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of general automotive experience preferred

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of automotive maintenance procedures and tools

  • Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service

  • Communication: Ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to service team

  • Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively and support fellow technicians

  • Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges as skills develop

  • License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
