Job summary

Casey's Tire & Brake in Gainesville, TX is seeking an Automotive General Service Technician to perform maintenance, tire services and routine repairs. You'll work with precision and efficiency to keep customers safe and build a solid career in the automotive industry.

You'll use basic diagnostic tools, document findings, and contribute to shop operations while in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of automotive systems.
• Experience with PC-based diagnostic tools and/or digital inspections is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, and install tires with precision and care.
• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes and fluid replacements, belt and hose changes, battery testing and installation, and general repairs.
• Conduct thorough visual inspections and document findings.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of shop equipment.
• Expand automotive knowledge and technical skills for career development.
• Perform additional duties to support shop operations and team success.
