$20.63/hr - $23.63/hr

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide timely and friendly responses to orders submitted by phone and email
• Review repair proposals to ensure compliance with manufacturer service intervals and appropriate pricing
• Negotiate pricing, assess warranty applications, and create purchase orders following operating procedures
• Contact clients to explain repair procedures and obtain approval for recommendations
• Suggest proper service locations and recommendations to internal business partners
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Six (6) months of customer service experience required
• Six (6) months of automotive maintenance or repair experience required
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Must have the ability to meet all work from home technical requirements
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications preferred
• Experience in a lube shop, tire shop, repair facility, or dealership preferred
