  • Negotiate pricing and warranty applications while issuing purchase orders.
  • Contact clients to explain proposed repair procedures.
  • Recommend service locations and repair procedures.

  • Negotiate pricing and warranty applications while creating and issuing purchase orders
  • Contact clients to explain proposed repair procedures and gain approval
  • Recommend proper service locations and repair procedures to clients and internal business partners
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must live in Tulsa, OK, or surrounding Oklahoma counties
  • Minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience required
  • Minimum of six (6) months of automotive maintenance or repair experience required
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
  • ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications preferred
  • Experience in a lube shop, tire shop, repair facility, or dealership preferred
