What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide timely responses to orders submitted by phone and email in an efficient and friendly manner
- Review proposals to ensure proper services are performed according to manufacturer guidelines
- Negotiate pricing and apply proper warranty applications while issuing purchase orders
- Contact clients to provide recommendations, explain proposed repair procedures, and gain approval
- Recommend appropriate service locations for clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must reside in Columbia or Jefferson City, MO, or elsewhere in the state of Missouri
- Six (6) months of customer service experience required
- Six (6) months of automotive maintenance or repair experience required
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications preferred
- Experience in a lube shop, tire shop, repair facility, or dealership
