Job summary
DARCARS of Silver Spring is seeking an Automotive Lube Technician to join our service team. This entry-level role focuses on basic maintenance like oil changes, tire rotations, and routine inspections, with emphasis on teamwork and attention to detail. You should be eighteen or older, have a valid driver's license with a clean record, and own basic tools.
Certifications are preferred but not required. We offer employee discounts and opportunities for advancement within a supportive dealership
Qualifications
- Teamwork and reliability are essential.
- Attention to detail for maintenance tasks.
- Must be 18+ and have a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing tires and battery testing.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
- Complete multi-point inspection forms on each vehicle.
- Apply manufacturer training and guidance from management.
- Ensure customers' vehicles are returned in good condition or better.
- Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and programs.
- Continuously update knowledge on new technologies.
