Madison Honda is seeking a full-time Automotive Lube Technician to perform essential vehicle maintenance activities including lube, oil, and filter changes. You will maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment and ensure high standards of service to our customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience as a technician's assistant or apprentice preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) compliant with company policy.
• Local state inspection license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform lube, oil, filter changes, and multi-point inspections to ensure proper vehicle maintenance.
• Assess and recommend any additional vehicle service needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following OSHA and EPA standards.
• Ensure cleanliness of vehicles during service and repair.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with management and customers to achieve satisfaction.
